Omega Hotel Dubai

During my stay, I was happy to find a perfect place to stay near lively streets with restaurants. The room was big, clean, and quiet, with all the necessary amenities provided, from toothbrush to weighing scale. The staff at the reception were approachable and helpful, and the room service was okay. However, I feel sorry about the staff of both restaurants.

There was no designated wheelchair entrance, making it hard for me as a physically challenged person to enter and exit the hotel.

Breakfast is good but can be improved

We can't open the bedroom windows. We feel really trapped.

The rooms were great super clean and spacious breakfast buffet super close to shopping and museum all super friendly and willing to help I always loved it!

Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success and this hotel should always be listed as a 5 Star hotel not because of the rooms and facilities but their Staff the management are well presented. I recently stayed at Omega Hotel for a leisure trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in excellent condition, being newly built, and my executive suite was spacious and well-equipped. The location on a quiet road ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was always kept clean and ready. I found the hotel to be great value for money.

We were really surprised by the spacious and clean room at Omega Hotel. Even though we had a late check-in, the receptionist was efficient and friendly. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby.

Cleanliness was really good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. It's located close to a lively street with restaurants. transportation to the World Trade Center was easy and parking was available.

Great value and customer service! The team of staff at this hotel made my city break really easy. The rooms were new and clean, with nice furniture. The lack of English TV stations and kids cartoons in English. This was a bit annoying, especially for families with children.
